Iโve been living my best life in my first home purchase for almost two years now. Just about every thing was replaced or upgraded as I was looking for a completely different look. I pretty much went from rattan, bamboo beachy look to a modern decor gold glam. I even named my home โThe Fabulous Fortressโ.
My hallway is one of that last spaces I had left (others coming soon). I really want to create a glam and serene hallway entry into my home! So sharing my steps to achieve my Gold Glam Hallway Decor styling tips and also where I purchased everything.
Inspired Gold Console Table
The ideal for my hallway is inspired be this starting piece. By Starting Piece just means inspiration and everything in this hallway will be inspired by and compliment this console table below which was purchased from Ross store for $39. Itโs all gold metal with a mirrored surface.
My next step was to find another gold mirror for the wall above the console table. I found this perfect gold round mirror at Wayfair. It matches my console table perfectly. I love it. Itโs a 25.6 inch raised gold frame. Find mirrorย here. If itโs out of stock, set up notification to be notified when back in stock.
This is a photo of the hallway prior and what it looks like now
I added some faux florals and greenery. Also added thisย big white Buddha headย which is also fromย Wayfair. The bottom of this console table is empty so I added a gold tiered candle holder and remote control faux candles. The candle holder and faux florals are from Ross store.
This completes one side of the hallway. I will be brightening up the other side and adding a little more pops of color.
Gold Glam Accent Wall Collage
I purchased thisย Larazzo bench in green from Wayfair.ย This bench also serves as a storage unit. The legs come in dark brown, so I removed them and painted them with Liquid Leaf Gilding paint in gold. Itโs user friendly, dries fast and durable.
Picked up theย large gold letter โKโย fromย Hobby Lobbyย which they sell all year in all of the alphabets for $9.99. Also got the chained gold floating picture frame from there, the key, mirror and the anchor on the top shelf. I painted the key gold.
Theย long metal arrowย is one of my favorite pieces which is also from Hobby Lobby in silver and in gold. These are always online and at store for $14.99.
I painted the photo frame a silver and the the key below was painted in Liquid Gold. These accessories and Liquid Gold are also from Hobby Lobby.
The wood and metal filigree shelves were purchased from Ross store for only $12 each. As you can see from the photos, I didnโt use everything I purchased. Itโs all good, because Hobby Lobby has a awesome return policy and it was nice to see everything in my space before adhering pieces to my wall that turns out not to be a good fit.
I really enjoyed styling my hallway entry. I love the glam pieces, natural elements, textures and the pops of color. This does provide the serene ambiance I was aiming to achieve in this space.
